Job Title: Lead Sample Maker

Responsibilities:
Pattern Development: Generate precise patterns based on design specifications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
Material Selection: Collaborate with the design team to choose appropriate textiles, leather, and other materials for sample creation, considering quality and design objectives.
Cutting and Assembly: Utilize industrial cutting tools and sewing machines to cut and assemble materials according to established patterns, maintaining a high level of precision and craftsmanship.
Prototype Creation: Produce high-quality prototypes and samples that reflect the intended design, functionality, and quality standards.
Problem Solving: Address and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during the sample-making process, offering solutions to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product developers, and other team members to understand project requirements and contribute valuable insights to the design and development process.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of samples to identify and rectify any defects, ensuring that the final products meet specified quality standards.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sample Maker in the textiles and leather goods industry.
Proficient in pattern making, cutting, and sewing techniques.
In-depth knowledge of various textiles, leather, and related materials.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality samples.
Ability to interpret design specifications and translate them into tangible prototypes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.
